Privacy policy

Your terminal stays yours.

1. Controller

PB Media LLC, represented by Patrick Bresnigg, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States of America. Privacy requests: privacy@getglassterminal.com.

2. The Glass Terminal application

Glass Terminal has no product account and no product cloud backend. Terminal output, shell history, local Agent Bridge tokens, approvals, settings and audit records remain on your device unless a command or third-party CLI you deliberately run transmits data.

3. Purchases and secure delivery

For purchases we process the Stripe Checkout Session identifier, customer email, payment status, amount, currency and download count. This is necessary to perform the purchase contract, provide the download and prevent abuse. Stripe processes card and payment details; Glass Terminal does not store full card details.

4. Website and infrastructure data

The website and protected download use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Those services may process technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, user agent and requested path for delivery, security and reliability. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

5. Support communication

If you contact us, we process your address, message and related support information to answer the request and maintain the product.

6. Legal bases and retention

Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on contract performance, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interests in secure product delivery and support. Purchase records are retained for statutory accounting periods. Support records are kept only as long as needed for the request and applicable legal claims.

7. International processing

The provider and infrastructure services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used by the relevant service provider.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority. Mandatory retention duties may limit deletion.
