1. License grant

A purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Glass Terminal on up to three computers they personally control. Commercial use for that person's own work is permitted.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or share the application, license entitlement or protected download link. You may not remove proprietary notices or distribute a competing copy derived from Glass Terminal.

3. Third-party tools

Glass Terminal runs commands and third-party CLIs you choose. This license does not include Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode or other third-party software, accounts or services. Their separate terms apply.

4. Updates

The purchase includes the delivered version and maintenance updates made available for it. It does not guarantee every future paid major version or perpetual compatibility with third-party tools.

5. Termination

The license ends if you materially breach these conditions and do not cure the breach after notice where applicable. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Contract documents

This license forms part of the Glass Terminal Terms. Mandatory law prevails where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
