1. Provider and scope
These terms govern purchases and use of Glass Terminal supplied by PB Media LLC, represented by Patrick Bresnigg, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States of America.
2. Product
Glass Terminal is downloadable terminal software. It does not include an AI model, a subscription to third-party coding agents or a cloud account. Supported platforms and release status are stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
3. Order and payment
The product presentation is an invitation to order. A binding contract is formed when payment is accepted through Stripe and the order is confirmed. The total price and applicable taxes are shown during checkout.
4. Founding access and delivery
If the product page identifies the purchase as founding or pre-release access, the purchase secures the stated license price before the signed release file is available. Delivery occurs through the protected download page when the release is ready. Before delivery, you may ask support to cancel and refund the founding order.
5. Consumer withdrawal rights
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory withdrawal rights. For digital content supplied immediately, a statutory withdrawal right expires only where the consumer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of that right as required by law.
6. License and acceptable use
Use is governed by the Software License. You are responsible for commands, third-party CLIs, accounts and content used through the application.
7. Conformity, warranty and support
Mandatory statutory rights for defective or non-conforming digital products remain unaffected. Compatibility depends partly on operating systems, shells and independently maintained third-party CLIs.
8. Liability
Liability is not limited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraud or where mandatory law prohibits limitation. For other claims, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing law
Wyoming law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection granted by the law of their habitual residence. Mandatory rules on jurisdiction and dispute resolution remain unaffected.
